Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of invoice drafts in accordance with client agreements.
Correction of descriptions on invoice drafts.
Adjustment of time entries (transfers, time splitting, etc.).
Transmission of final invoices, credit notes, and account statements via email.
Electronic filing of invoice drafts and final invoices.
Follow-up with clients regarding billing and unpaid invoices.
Assistance with other related tasks (as needed).
Qualifications
DEC or AEC in accounting or administration;
Minimum 2 years' experience in billing professional services;
Very good knowledge of MS Office suite and Maitre (major asset);
Fluency in spoken and written French;
Intermediate level of spoken and written English to ensure good communication with customers;
Ability to manage several files simultaneously under sometimes tight deadlines;
Ability to manage emergencies and prioritize tasks;
Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness
Thoroughness, reliability, professionalism, punctuality and discretion;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
