- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance their performance.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
