Responsibilities
Key accountabilities
• Proficient in using the ServiceNoW Agile Development application
• Understand and be able to work in an agile environment leveraging sprints
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Analyze and document current business processes. Create process maps to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring that the design is feasible and meets user needs.
• Gathering/documenting the business requirements, in preparation for functional design as required
• Be able to breakdown work into user stories leveraging the ServiceNow Agile Development application
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate requirements to developers and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Participate in testing phases, including creating test cases, executing tests in UAT, and validating that solutions meet requirements before deployment as required
• Supporting IT QA team during testing cycles/coordinating UAT, based on need
• Develop training materials and user documentation to support end-users in understanding and effectively using the ServiceNow platform as required
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management initiatives to help users adapt to new processes and tools implemented in ServiceNow.
• Conduct business process reviews, journey mapping, and user experience validation based on need
• Construct workflow charts and process and system diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing system specifications, and other supporting architectural documents
• Daily monitoring of service support requests and troubleshooting reported business system application production issues
• Draft ServiceNow Knowledge Articles as required
• Flexible to other responsibilities within role.
