Responsibilities
• Understand the strategic issues, identify the needs of different stakeholders and propose approaches taking into account the guiding principles, in order to support project delivery.
• Gather, document and analyze information to validate and prioritize the business needs of the initiative and all stakeholders and link to the Bank’s strategic directions.
• Deliver a solution that adequately meets business needs by integrating data management and security (Privacy-by-Design).
• Perform various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional, informational, process, business rules) in order to produce a diagnosis of the differences between the current situation and the desired situation.
• Lead workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors
• Document/co-produce backlog elements (e.g. stories) in our collaboration tool.
• Be able to produce different types of analysis (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, document current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate target processes using recognized modeling techniques
• Actively participate in defining test strategies, writing and executing test scenarios with project team
Qualifications
• Knowledge of card processes and systems
• Mastery of JIRA/Confluence collaboration tools
• Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of organizational process analysis methods
• Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes (Testing Strategies and Scenarios)
• Ability to work in Startup mode/autonomous and multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to work independently and as a team while providing transparency at all times
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to influence, convince and initiate required changes
• Listening skills and interpersonal skills
• Timely resolution of issues
• Initiative and responsibility
• Bilingual required (English and French)
