We want someone who is proactively communicative, proactively makes suggestions, proactively tells us how they would do something, communicate with teammates without being prompted, doesn’t wait to communicate concerns and bad news, is comfortable with full transparency.
We are an Agile environment, using a user-centric product minded approach. Agile experience is not required, but if they’re not familiar with Agile, they should be coachable and flexible to learn a new way of working.
Qualifications
More of a “technical BA.”
The desire is for a BA who has enough detailed, technical knowledge (data structures, workflows, and technical details unique to Service Now and SPM).
As necessary, they need to be able to guide, teach, and advise our implementation “Devs” on how to build/configure something in a way to avoid tech debt.
As necessary, help “Devs” and QAs troubleshoot technical issues, explore options for solutions, and understand the technical implications.
