results and report solution outputs in key Marketing forums.
- This digital solutions analyst will also work with multiple stakeholders across
Marketing, Finance, Digital, IT and suppliers to ensure that the solution is fully
operational and accurate, will support entire digital solution lifecycle from ideation
to post-production usage tracking of value-added digital functionalities.

Responsibilities
- Define, execute and optimize the validation process
- Support the digital transformations by supporting the creation of robust
processes, aligning requirements, digital UX designs to ensure the solution
remains streamlined and enables delivery of the corporate strategy and user
needs
- Build data sets that feed into the digital solution using Business Objects Web
Intelligence, as well as pre-processors in JSON
- Own end-to-end digital solution usage and value creation by ensuring users
needs are met (eg. registration support, identifying / resolving data integrity
issues, identifying new features that will save time or increase effectiveness)
- Capture user feedback, measure usage results using Metabase and Heap
Analytics, and report results and recommendations to product manager
- Support Marketing with ad-hoc reporting analyses for FMCG challenges
- Experience in FMCG and IOT is an asset
- Innovate and develop new reports, design visualization, that provokes action to
support a high performing culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree – Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management
information systems
- MBA or FMCG / Marketing experience preferred
- Programming skills: Has a range of data science skills such as SQL
- MicroStrategy is a plus
- Javascript & Python are desirable
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Analytical Capabilities: Ability to synthesize information, reduce complexity and
identify key opportunities and insights
- Creative and critical thinking skills to optimize reporting and visualization
- Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with all levels
of the organization
- Attention to detail
- Design Thinking methods an asset
