Job Designation
This position is for a program manager located in Montreal, Canada.
Job Core Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the overall business case within the Critical Success Factors defined in the approved Program Charter.
• Serves as the primary programmatic interface between the program/project team and the Customer.
• Leadership of a cross-functional program team in the sale, delivery, and support of products and/or services throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ownership of the overall Customer relationship, inclusive of activities associated with contract formation/modifications, and scope change management.
• Ensures that the cross-functional program team executes the program work scope in accordance with the programmatic and management processes as defined in the approved Program Plan.
• Work with Sales Team for seamless handover of Programs
• Read contracts, blueprints, component drawings, and written instructions.
• Work directly with contractors, architects, engineers, owners, and program management team with presentations.
• Manage Program and Project Schedules that meet InVeris’s delivery timeline and the customers’ requirements Generation and maintenance of the data associated with the project management function (Program-level Integrated Master Schedule, Program Plan, Risk Log, Issues Log, etc.)
• Work with customers to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction
• Interface with Department of National Defense of Canada (DND) and Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)
• Seldom travelling across Canada and the U.S.
Education/Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
• Technical training (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years program management experience

• Past project/program management experience a must
• Understanding contract language
• Willingness to work until the job is complete
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong reading, interpretation, and writing skills
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience an asset
