Here are the advantages of the chemical operator:

- Day/Evening rotative shift:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm and 1pm-9pm
- Overtime on Saturdays and Double overtime on Sundays
- Breaks and Lunch time PAID!
- Onsite shower to clean yourself after your shift!
- Onsite training
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical production operations
- Shoveling/Cleaning production byproduct
- Monitor and control pressure and temperature of chemical process (using computers)
- Material handling of chemical products
- Assist the senior operators
- Using heavy equipment/machinery (front-end loader, forklift)
- Loading and unloading products
- Climbing latters often
- Cleaning of the warehouse (very dusty/powder)
** MUST NOT BE SENSTIVE TO MESSY ENVIRONEMENT/LOUD NOISES **
Qualifications
- 1 year experience working in an manufacturing plant setting, a production site, or in a chemical industry
- Front-end loader and forklift cards (a plus)
- Comfortable with working in a dirty and loud environment (a LOT of dust)
- Comfrotable working in an environemnt with chemicals
- Comfortable with heights
- Ability to speak/read in French
- Ability to travel to Valleyfield
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs
