As a Chipper Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for meeting daily production requirements while maintaining high levels of quality in a safe and effective manner.
The operator will be required to pull, rip and tear rubber apart using a pry bar, sledgehammer, hook, forklift, or skid steer.
The chipper assist will also be validated on the D2 chipper position to be able to help assist with break coverage when needed.
The chipper assist will flip boxes of and supply it to the respective chippers, as well as remove box doors and break down steel boxes to put away in ZR.
If in the case the post is down, the operator will be required to partake in cleaning activities in the shop.
