Responsibilities
◾Site plan design for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments
◾The design of linear infrastructure including private and municipal roadways conveying storm water, sanitary, watermains and utilities
◾Culvert and water crossing design
◾Multi-lot subdivision design
◾Municipal infrastructure, urban drainage, and stormwater management
◾Preparation of technical reports, approvals, specifications, and calculations
◾Field inspection of municipal services
Qualifications
◾Relevant qualifications from a Civil Engineering or Technology Program or equivalent combination of education and experience
◾2+ years experience, preferably in the consulting industry
◾Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
◾Possess a valid Class G driver’s license and a clean driving record.
◾Experience and proficiency using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/InRoads associated with municipal infrastructure projects
