Straight afternoon shift: 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday to Friday
Competitive pay of $21-24/hour with a 7% shift premium (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all equipment and hardware within the equipment train.
Clean and sanitize manufacturing suites and rooms.
Assist in the reassembly of equipment and hardware, excluding critical equipment.
Perform cleaning tasks in confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized following specified SOPs, and accurately document the process.
Adhere to established safety practices and procedures, using personal protective and safety equipment as required.
Assist with weighing and setting up batches according to the Manufacturing Work Order when needed.
Check meters, scales, load cells, and other manufacturing equipment for proper calibration and accuracy.
Complete all necessary manufacturing tags and documentation accurately.
Weigh raw materials following the Manufacturing Work Order instructions.
Contribute to Lean Goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of post-secondary education, with equivalent experience also considered.
Proven alignment with our client's core values: Excellence, Rigor, Ownership, Integrity, and Agility.
Ability to adapt, respond swiftly, and manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and a strong attention to detail, including demonstrated skills in reading and numeracy.
Completion of the required Manufacturing Cleaner training program as outlined in the Training Profile.
Demonstrated competencies in performing Manufacturing Cleaner duties.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP production environment.
