-Salary between $45,000 and $50,000
-Work Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Client Services Coordinator:
o Respond in person or on the phone to customer inquiries;
o Identify, assess customer needs and build trust through open and interactive communication;
o Provide accurate, valid and complete product and cost information;
o Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions;
o Process customer accounts, take orders and archive information and documents on software;
o Follow up on purchase orders and delivery;
o Understand the return policy and the general conditions on the products;
o Effectively maintain a computerized system and provide the manager with an operational statement of customer accounts and sales;
o Perform all other duties related to the position ex. data entry and other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the company's activities.
Qualifications
The ideal talent that will complement a passionate team will need to uphold :
o DEP, secretarial or administrative training;
o Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written;
o Effective communication;
o Good problem solving skills;
o Autonomous and resourceful;
o Team spirit;
o Good knowledge of software; Microsoft Office 365, Quickbooks and Net Suite;
o Punctual and serious.
