The Role
We are looking for a rockstar Clinic Manager to join our growing team!
Reporting to our VP, Operations, the Clinic Manager will play a critical role towards streamlining on-site operations, instilling a positive culture, and leading core tasks throughout the practice. You will work closely with our management and medical teams to achieve key objectives.
You are the ideal candidate if you have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, an ability to foster relationships, and you thrive in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Clinic operations:
• Owning the clinic calendar and appointment scheduling
• Approving and monitoring staff timesheets
• Administrating the Practice Management Software, updating and modifying per the needs of the team
• Delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client escalations are addressed personally and promptly
• Providing input towards the hiring process, ensuring an appropriate mix of skills, perspectives, and experience
• Managing inventory levels and resources needed for optimal clinic operations
General leadership responsibilities:
• Implementing a culture that emphasizes work/life balance, flexibility, compassion, and a blame- and judgment-free environment
• Leading and participating in activities that support the well-being of veterinary practitioners by making the profession both joyful and sustainable
• Fostering an environment of continuous learning, improvement and excellence
• Identifying development opportunities for team, providing regular feedback and accountability to ensure ongoing growth and skill development
• Advocating for your team to ensure they feel heard and their perspective is visible during leadership discussions
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
• 4+ years of team-management / operations management role with a passion for people leadership
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc...
• Experience supervising front line operations, with compliance and safety policies.
•Bilingual English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership skills; creates a feeling of belonging, ensures strong team morale and implements a culture for open dialogue and collaboration
• A collaborative go-getter, willing to roll-up sleeves and be hands-on
• Operates with high emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
