Responsibilities
- Process sheet metal through CNC punch, shear and bender
- Read and interpret blueprints, charts, engineering drawings
- Determine the best machining operation to be performed
- Set up machine tools
- Perform sawing, milling, planning, drilling and precision grinding
- Fit and assemble machined metal parts
- Use hands and power tools
- Very quality of products that have been processed
- All other tasks assigned to the CNC machinist
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, or similar
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Experience using a CNC machine / software
- Sheet metal knowledge and experience
- Good oral and communication skills
- Ability to push, pull, and carry 50lbs
