Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Boring Mill Machines
- Verify CNC programs and blueprint reading
- Challenged daily in working with large complex & fabricated components
- Complex set-ups and use of overhead crane.
Qualifications
What you need to bring to the job:
- Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have minimum of 5 years working as a Machinist (ticketed is an asset)
- understanding and experience working on boring mills
-previous programming knowledge of Heidenhain Controls.
- strong comfort level working with large products
- General machinist certification an asset.
- Ability to read & interpret blue prints, drawings, charts & tables.
- previous overhead crane experience
