We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Inventory & Data Entry Associate to join our health and fitness clients operations team on a 3-month contract. Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item records.
Participate in cycle counts by performing physical inventory checks and reconciling any discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date inventory information in both the WMS and ERP systems.
Review and validate BOMs to ensure accurate quantities, descriptions, and item structures.
Conduct on-site inventory verification and labeling to align physical stock with system records.
Identify, document, and escalate any inventory discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate across departments on ad-hoc data clean-up projects and documentation support.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of completed tasks.
Adapt to changing priorities and perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory control, data entry, or within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Mysis) and WMS platforms is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings, including performing physical inventory tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
