•Draft, negotiate and maintain Inter/Intra-company Support Agreements (ISA)
•Review contract modifications/amendments and tasks for consistency with negotiated agreements and recommend acceptance or changes as required.
•Act as formal company interface to various customer representatives on assigned contracts and proposals
•Prepare presentation material to support program at customer and internal group meetings and deliver presentations, as required

•Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and efficiencies
•Conduct work with focus to meet compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR/FCPA/GP/SOX, etc.)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
•University degree or college diploma (Law or Business degree preferred)
•Minimum 3-5 years relevant or transferrable experience
•Demonstrated strength in managing relationships at all levels of an organization, both internal and external
•Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
•Able to manage workload with changing priorities
•Experience in MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills, thorough, and detail-oriented
•Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including to facilitate discussions
•Ability to travel and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in formal document review and preparation
•Previous experience working with government contracts
•Strong negotiation skills
•Demonstrated Project Management skills
•Familiarity with Canadian and US contracting regulations
•Defense industry experience or military background
