Location: Montreal (Hybride)
Salary : 100K-120K
Duration : 12 months + possibility of permanence

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Senior Director, the Corporate Controller is a key member of the Finance leadership team, overseeing all aspects of financial accounting and external reporting.
What you will do:
- Planning, directing and coordinating all general accounting activities and ensuring the consolidation of all financial data necessary for delivering consolidated business results
- Lead a timely and accurate financial close, ensuring appropriate internal controls and application of IFRS accounting standards
- Deliver quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A and other public company filings
- Engage in Board of Directors support and governance activities.
- Be the process owner for applicable significant processes to ensure compliance with 52-109 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Recommend and oversee process improvement and new system implementation initiatives
- Coach, develop, and inspire a global team of Finance professionals
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in finance or accounting with a CPA designation considered an asset
-Strong public company experience with IFRS reporting experience considered an asset
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from financial data
-Exceptional communication in French and English and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
-Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure, ever changing environment
