Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting legal documents (letters, agreements and various other reports)
- Filing documents at the Companies Office, doing due diligence and reports
- Correspondence with clients and other lawyers
- Managing and maintaining filing systems
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a legal assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on Corporate Law
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize a heavy workload
- Tech -Savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
