Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Daily cash application of all payments received via cheque, credit card, EFT, or wire to the customer account .
-Preparation of daily bank deposit (i.e. scanning of all cheques to bank)
-Daily invoicing & issuing credit notes both CDN & US
-Handle all walk-in clients –prepare invoice and charge credit card /interact etc
-Contact clients by sending invoice to get authorization to charge credit card and have orders waiting in shipping area shipped
-Work closely with collection & credit specialist in the follow-up of accounts re: acquiring payment of outstanding invoices
-Monthly adjustments to A/R accounts based on A/R reconciliation
-Creation of client profiles in credit card provider website
-Update customer profiles: address, email, phone and other contact info, credit card modifications & maintain backup on computer of all customer modifications
-Fax/email customer statements ,invoices credit notes upon request
-Assisting with other administrative functions
Qualifications

-Organized,autonomous and dynamic individual

- Computer friendly and can easily adapt to our accounting software (Momentis ERP) -Basic accounting knowledge & a D.E.C in accounting is an asset
