Responsibilities
Respond to calls, emails, and social media conversations, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Manage refund requests for purchases and ensure the management and tracking of online orders.
Coordinate changes and track orders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Support and assist customers throughout their online journey.
Work effectively as a member of a rapidly evolving team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of customer service experience in the retail industry.
Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written.
Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of online commerce.
Ability to independently solve problems.
Ability to quickly determine the right resources to involve in the problem-solving process, being resourceful and autonomous.
