Position: Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist - After-Sales - Plumbing Industry
Location: Remote (based in Montreal)
Salary: $20/hour + Quarterly incentive (up to 10% of gross earnings)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Full-time) + occasional Saturdays (26 hours/trimester)
Training: 3-5 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Occasional in-office meetings once every one to two months for team collaboration (candidates must be based in Montreal)

Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for plumbing products
Handle incoming calls and emails, manage customer parts requests
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Address inquiries about order status and deliveries
Solve problems with targeted questioning
Maintain quality assurance standards and service levels
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and French (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
Comfortable using multiple computer platforms
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and initiative
