Responsibilities
As part of the position, you will have to perform the following tasks:
- Answering calls and managing emails
- Process rental requests
- Perform rental contracts according to company procedures
- Billing management
- Perform after-sales service to customers
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Bilingualism in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing customer relationships with clients who speak either French or English exclusively
- Be comfortable with the Office suite and IT in general
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Be a dynamic, organized, versatile person who has good stress management
