The incumbent initiates customer requests and communicates customer needs to relevant departments. He acts as an intermediary between the sales representative and/or the customer, technical service and production. He is also responsible for the overall management of orders in the computer system, for validating the order and ensuring that all the elements are available for production, as well as communicating all the information to the various departments concerned. He ensures rigorous monitoring of production stages and projects.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma.
- Written and oral bilingualism.
- Knowledge of the printing industry is an asset.
- Relevant experience of 5 years or more in a similar position.
- Detail oriented.
- Good business relationship, good communicator.
