The position is work from home, 37.5 hours/week and the salary is $21 per hour (paid weekly)

Advantages
- Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with 2 days per week from 9:30am to 18:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Work from home but must be available to report to the office 1 day every 2 weeks

Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquency cases.
- Maintain phone/email follow-up with clients.
- Follow up / complete administrative tasks associated with incoming calls.
You MUST be comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and have at least a DEC (post-secondary studies) to be considered.
Qualifications
- DEC or a Bachelor
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Possess 1 year mimum experience in a similar role
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to work with minimal supervision

We are looking for someone who is BILINGUAL, who has experience in administration and customer service and who is comfortable with computer systems.
