Permanent full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
The customer service agent is responsible for following up deliveries to our customers, as well as updating information in the computer system.
- Inform customers of daily delivery follow-up;
- Update various data in the computer system;
- Communicate all travel modifications to the appropriate parties;
- Communicate credit application documents to customers;
- Assist in the collection of accounts;
- Enter all relevant information for customer invoicing;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
- 2 years' relevant experience in the field;
- Experience in transportation (an asset);
- Excellent command of the Office suite (Excel, Word and Power Point);
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of French and English.
