Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm
Salary 70-80k
Location: Brampton, ON (Torbram rd and Clark blvd)

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the warehouse and ensuring all processes are running smoothly with inventory, shipping and receiving
- Manage the operational performance of the team
- Ensuring agents are meeting their KPIs and are providing excellent customer service
- Resolve escalations with shipment issues, delays and product damages
- Implement a positive client centric experience
- Ensure the services are met on time for all carriers
- Coordinate with the warehouse department
Qualifications
- More than 4 years of customer service and-or management experience within a logistics company
- Must be able to thrive within a fast paced environment and treat all issues with urgency
- Tech savviness is a must especially with MS Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritizing daily tasks and delegating duties as needed
- Attentive to detail
- Team player and is able to encourage the team to success
