Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries about insurance products.
- Problem-solving
- Ongoing training on new products
- Adhere to quality assurance measures, such as call tracking and customer survey feedback, to ensure the quality of service provided.
- Compliance with KPIs
- Work with the customer and preferred vendors to determine the best way to resolve the claim
- Maintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate systems
- Process claims payments within your authority level
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- Post-secondary diploma
- Bilingualism
- Call center experience
- Digital proficiency, ability to navigate new software
- Problem-solving mode
- Enjoy structure and learning
