I've got the job for you! Our client in the rotisserie equipment and parts industry is looking for its next customer service representative in the west end of Montreal!
Salary starting at $21/hr
Hybrid 3/days/week
Work schedule (37.5h/week) daytime, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Process all incoming accessory orders from customers and service partners
- Enter orders into the system (ERP)
- Respond to telephone, in-person and electronic (email) inquiries
- Assist customers and service companies in the selection and ordering of accessories and spare parts (including order entry)
-Maintain a high level of attention to ensure accuracy of data associated with the above tasks
- Support the supervisor in any other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bilingualism required, strong level of English and functional French
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in related customer services
- Knowledge of order-taking software (SAP, ERP, CRM) MANDATORY
- Strong computer skills and ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet at an intermediate or advanced level
- Organized, meticulous and able to thrive in a fast-paced but highly detailed work environment
- Enjoys working as part of a team
-Experience in logistics and data entry an asset
