- Salary between 45k and 50k depending on experience
- 2 weeks vacation during the summer + company closed during the holiday season (unpaid)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative role include:
- Taking and following up retail customer orders
- Quotations
- Maintain customer relationships by providing impeccable customer service
- Answering technical questions from customers and large orders from suppliers
Qualifications
Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative role are:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a B2B customer service role
- Experience in the window and door industry would be a strong asset
- High school diploma
- Fluently bilingual, 95% of our customers come from the U.S., Ontario and the Maritimes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (SAP would be an asset)
- A dynamic personality with a willingness to learn, a sense of initiative and the ability to multitask
