Location: Mississauga (Hwy 403 & Eglington Ave)
Pay: 58-65k

Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from customers and clients
- Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Providing product knowledge to customers and clients and ensuring products match customers needs
- Cross sell and up sell when necessary
- Work alongside other departments to ensure products are stocked
- Resolve customers issues with billing or any returns needed
- Respond to emails and tickets in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience is a must
- Order management is a must
- SAP is an asset
- Food and industrial experience is an asset
- Organization and prioritizing are mandatory soft skills
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
