Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in tracking and tracing packages
- Schedule pick up and delivery for client mail
- Handle customer complaints seeing through to completion and full satisfaction
- complete and update customer reports in a timely manner
- Assisting clients with set-up and login details as well as other inquires
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills (1-2 years of experience)
- Tech savviness is a must, especially with MS Suite
- knowledge PowerBI is nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attentive to detail
- Strong ability to prioritize and problem-solve
