• Exceptional client services skills and confidence in engaging consumers across multiple channels
and teams (i.e. phone, chat, email, etc.), employing a friendly, empowering and professional tone.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with
above average keyboarding skills and computer navigation.
• Desire to build exceptional consumer experiences and is passionate and curious to help
consumers meet their needs and solve their concerns.
Nice-to-have
College or Bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year.
