We are looking for candidates who have open availability between 7 am - 11 pm Monday-Sunday. You will only be scheduled 5 days per week for 8.5 hours but need to be fairly flexible until a schedule is created.

Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, receive feedback, and troubleshoot (training is provided).
• Thoroughly document all customer communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
• You must be fluent in English.
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to de-escalate situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accurate and timely documentation of client/customer communication
• Strong working knowledge with smartphones, tablets, computers, laptops, and tech troubleshooting experience is an asset
• You need to be able to work full-time permanently and have a valid work permit.
• You must be available to work full-time onsite 5 days a week.
