- Supervises employees in the customer service department in the spirit of continuous improvement and customer service.
- Conducts performance appraisals of employees in his/her area and ensures their
performance and productivity.
- Identifies training needs and advises staff on work methods.

- Participates in the judicious selection of team members.
- Ensures the coordination of team members and the quality of communication between them.
Qualifications
Qualifications are:
- College education (normally three (3) years), or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in customer service team management
- Experience with B2B customers
- Bilingualism (some of our customers are located outside Quebec, which requires the ability to understand and express oneself in English).
