Responsibilities
- Provide customs technical support
- Maintain client database
- Reducing non-compliance to reduce transactional errors
- Resolving related issues
- Auditing
- Reviewing all customs documents
- Quality Control: Review each transaction prior to electronic submission.
Research products to determine proper pricing.
- Ensuring accuracy of information
- Set up and release of assigned account shipments
- Dealing with CBSA and handling all clearances
- Arranging for payments
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customs
- CSS certificate is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous, resourceful
- Advanced English with a functional French
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organization skills, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and analytical skills.
