Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Customs department with a variety of tasks that include (but not limited to):
- Open customer files, data entry, validate information, verify credit and invoice.
- Obtain additional information or documents from customers, suppliers, carriers, customs and others
- Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriter
- Communicate regularly, answering basic questions from customers, truckers.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certifications in related Logistics / Transport programs
- 1 year of similar experience in Customs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Bilingualism, French and English (very important)
