As a Data Analyst within the Data Service Delivery, Securities Master File (SMF) team, you will play a crucial role in the daily collection, validation, and dissemination of market data

Main Shift: 10:00am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities
Set up various types of securities (funds, bonds, money markets) and ensure timely and accurate delivery to key applications.
Provide top-tier service by responding to client inquiries swiftly and effectively.
Verify and resolve discrepancies in security setup information using vendor data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units for seamless data flow.
Monitor, review, and resolve security setup issues to ensure data quality.
Participate in team cross-training and provide support during absences.
Escalate issues when necessary and meet tight deadlines in a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit:
A university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with vendor systems (e.g., Bloomberg, BONY).
