-8:30am-4:30am (half hour unpaid lunch)
-Work with a well established not for profit
-Accessible Stoney Creek/Hamilton location
Responsibilities
-Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry
-Performs analysis using current databases
-Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
- Check to make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
- Filing/Scanning and additional administrative duties
- Reception Backup
Qualifications
-Adequate knowledge of databases systems
-Must have analytical and problem solving skills
-Must be detail oriented and a self starter
-2-3 years of experience in data entry in a warehouse/distribution setting
-Able to work independently
