Responsibilities
- Organize proof of deliveries (POD) according to the filing system electronically
- Use TMS system to file/retrieve documentation, format, and route documentation for review by requested individual
- Analyze and settle carrier invoices (current and/or outstanding), and release for payment
- Handle POD requests demanded by bookers, customers, internal departments, etc
- Review incoming documents from different sources
- Provide access of documentation to internal employees upon requests
- Transfer requested documents to internal departments, as required
Qualifications
- Experience working in a high volume service environment
- Strong computer skills with a high level of precision
- Focused on details, good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
- Organized and competent to do follow ups
- Experience with Hubtran or Revenova, as asset
- Bilingual in terms of verbal and written communication (French & English)
