We are searching for a meticulous and well-organized data entry professional who will play a key role in maintaining the contact database, reporting, and analytics to support cross-functional teams for our client in the Financial industry.

The ideal candidate will be capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously and with strong attention to detail and working with large data on daily basis.
This position requires full onsite presence and solid keyboarding experience.
Advantages
-Pay Rate of $22-$22/hr
-8:30am to 5 pm (one-hour break)

Responsibilities
-Gather and input data in the database and verify the accuracy of valuable company information
-Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs
-Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
-Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database
-Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information and coach team members on usage
-Generate reports, store outputs in the database, and perform backups
Qualifications
-Minimum of two years of data entry experience, preferably within the insurance or financial industry.
-Strong written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of associates.
-Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
-Have an analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and numbers.
-Have intermediate-level experience in MS Excel (pivot tables/look-ups / formulas)
-Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) a plus.
-Experience with SQL query language a plus.
