We're looking for a dispatcher who will be in charge of assigning shifts to deliver household services to their respective customers. This is a position that requires speed, logic and determination. We want a bilingual person who can plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to dispatching household services to customers.
The number of hours per week is 35, spread over 4 or 5 days.
Position: Dispatcher
Salary: $21.85-$23.46/hour + 25% bonus given every 3 months based on measurable criteria according to assignments.
Schedule: You must be available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a total of 35 hours (spread over 4 or 5 days).
Location: East of Montreal

Responsibilities
As a dispatcher, you'll..:
- Allocate different shifts to employees according to the needs of customers in demand
- Ensure regular monitoring of each employee's shifts
- Design work schedules
- Impose disciplinary measures as necessary in the event of non-compliance
- Create customer assistance plans in the software
- Modify customer and staff schedules as required
- Complete integration process for new employees
- Compile weekly statistics
Qualifications
For this position, we need someone with:
- Experience in telephone customer service in a call center (inbound or outbound)
- Previous experience in shift assignment or dispatching is a strong asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) as part of the customer base will be English-speaking
- Comfortable working from the office
