Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Providing winning solutions and shipment costs to our customers
- Dispatching of critical freight based on specific client requests
- Effectively communicating and coordinating shipments with drivers.
- Providing best transportation solutions for our dedicated team and third party logistics in accordance with set guidelines and client instructions
- Facilitating inquiry and problem resolution to Drivers, Flight Crew and Customers related to assigning and delivering loads
- Work in a computerized environment
- Setting up Cross-Border shipments with Customs (ACE/ACI) experience an asset



Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Experience handling customer requests and executing
- Proven Technical Computer skills - able to quickly navigate websites
- Time management skills

Nice to Haves:
- Expedite experience highly preferred
- Dispatching experience is an asset
- ACE/ACI experience is an asset
- Full-Circle TMS experience an asset
- Logistics Certificate is an asset
