We are currently looking for a distribution coordinator to take charge of the shipping and receiving component for the cosmetics leader. Based in the Saint-Laurent sector, you will have to work with a team of around thirty collaborators to ensure the vitality of the distribution department, which is vital to the proper functioning of the company.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Management of human resources in the field
- Schedule management
- Team productivity management
- Manage goods receipts
- Ensuring timely shipments
- Analysis of processes and improvements to needs
- Ensure excellent cohesion between teams and departments
Qualifications
Do you have the following qualifications?
- One to three years of experience supervising employees in a distribution field
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, administration or relevant field
- Experience with a unionized environment
- Experience with SAP and/or Manhattan software
- Bilingual French and English
- Comfortable with the office suite
- Ability to manage change
