Responsibilities
Interpret and work with one-line diagrams and customer drawings as an Electrical Assembler.
Plan, wire, mount, and troubleshoot complex electrical components for custom switchboards.
Detect and address design issues in schematics, ensuring accurate voltage separation and color coding.
Conduct and document tests, including continuity and wire pull tests.
Maintain accurate KANBAN and MRB processes.
Adhere to CSA and UL codes and follow safety and quality procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Proficient in using electrical testing tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with medium to complex non-standard wiring.
Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and customer drawings.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and Six Sigma tools.
