This is a straight day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:15AM-3:45PM and the rate of pay is $20.68 per hour.
Ensure pulled parts for specific assemblies agree with the Bill of Material
Prepares sub-assemblies as necessary
Assemble using pneumatic and mechanical presses, drivers, electric grinder, wire strippers, air drivers, rivet guns, routers, laser, wire cutting/stripping machines, etc.
Performs ongoing visual inspection
Test finished product
Repairs to faulty assembly
Product upgrade/conversion
Prepares packing material
Packages finished product and transport to Holding Area
Cleanup of workstation
Other duties related to assembly functions

Inspect and check the quality of work

Work in compliance with SOPs / ISO, PIP (Partners in Protection), and Safety Programs
Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
Work well with others
Good housekeeping skills
Ability to do some heavy lifting if required
Basic mathematics
