Responsibilities
Your role as Electrical Project Manager - Electrification will be to:
•Monitor and manage electrical engineering projects with electrical engineering firms;
•Ensure equipment procurement;
•Participate in project start-up and close-out meetings;
•Guide all electrical operations on a project;
•Analyze contract requirements and ensure full understanding of customer needs;
•Develop agreements with electrical subcontractors;
•Follow-up on services provided by consultants (drawings, studies, calculation notes, etc.);
•Ensure that project engineering complies with documents and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
You must have :
•BAC in electrical power engineering
•10 years' experience in the construction of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations
•Bilingual French - English
•Assets: knowledge of Hydro-Québec Hydro-One AESO connection processes
•Strong team player and skilled communicator with a high degree of autonomy and rigor
•OIQ (IOQ)
