Our client, a major legal firm, is looking to hire an Event and Talent Coordinator for their downtown Montreal office. When you join the firm, you'll be welcomed by a team that places as much importance on supporting its employees as it does on serving its prestigious customers.

Responsibilities
- Organization of student recruitment events
- Liaising with university professional development offices and student associations
- Selecting event venues, writing invitations, and planning, promoting and coordinating events
- Engagement events for legal professionals
- Tracking and following up on initiatives
- Creating content for social media, including periodic posts and targeted campaigns
-Inventory Management
Qualifications
- Undergraduate university degree (preferred)
- Experience in event planning or event coordination
- Experience working in a professional services firm or similar position, an asset
- High level of time management and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English
- Ability to take ownership of tasks to be accomplished and spirit of initiative
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Proven resilience and ability to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomy and team spirit
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
