Responsibilities
- Design of detailed architecture for Exchange migration
- Set up and operationalize O365/Exchange projects
- Implement the migration strategy for the exchange domain
- Ensure integration/harmonization of new acquisitions' O365/Exchange systems
- Automate activities related to O365/Exchange migrations/implementations/harmonization
- Ensure data security (Law 25)
- Plan, coordinate and orchestrate the stages of each O365/Exchange project
- Carry out the detailed technical or systemic design of solutions, in accordance with the architecture developed in specialized fields.
- Design structured, innovative, high-performance and ideally reusable solution components, which will integrate harmoniously into the company's ecosystem.
- Act as a technical contributor to the solution delivery team.
- Promote the reuse of existing components and participate in the selection of external software packages, services or components (e.g. cloud computing).
- Participate in the evolution and promotion of leading-edge methodologies, frameworks, tools and services that respect corporate norms and standards.
- Ensure that the technical and design documentation required to ensure the longevity of the elements designed is produced, valid and kept up to date.
- Manage internal resources, external service providers and independent third parties involved in the design and technical realization of solutions.
Qualifications
- Mastery and in-depth knowledge of O365/Exchange
- Involvement in large-scale migration projects, complexity of projects (able to explain them concretely)
- Experience with continuous deployment concepts and tools (e.g. DevOps).
French: Open to French-speaking consultants with basic English
English: Open to English-speaking consultants with basic French.
* As the team is based in Quebec and is predominantly French-speaking, an English-speaking candidate will not be a good fit
