- Annual Salary of $68,000-$73,000 based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with Calendar Management and ensuring that there is no overlap of meetings and that all party members are included in the meeting invitation
- Arranging travel for senior leadership and ensuring that all aspects of the work trips are in place
- Taking meeting minutes and keeping an accurate record of information
- Organizing documents and reports for Executives
- Reviewing contracts with global clients and updating them as required with correct information
- Updating records of contracts for accounts where expirations might come up for renewal
- Staying up to date with industry relevant information
Qualifications
- A keen eye for detail and ability to stay well organized in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to stay ahead of deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- 3 years minimum in Executive assistance with exposure to Contract Agreements being an asset
- Professionalism and ability to approach conversations with ease
- Ability to operate in a Sales Driven environment
